Information of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the 10th meeting of Azerbaijan-Russia joint commission on demarcation

On October 27-28, the 10th meeting of Azerbaijan-Russia joint commission on demarcation was held in Pyatigorsk, Russia. 

At the meeting, issues related to the continuation of the process of demarcation of the state border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation were discussed, and the work plan of the commission for 2022 was approved.          

The sides stated that the work plan of the Azerbaijan-Russia joint commission on demarcation for 2021 has been fully implemented.  

The meeting was held in the spirit of open dialogue and mutual understanding. 

The next meeting of the commission is planned to be conducted on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The exact date of the meeting will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels.
